Transparent Pricing

Our pricing is simple: you'll be charged per gram of filament used, a $5 order setup fee, and UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping.
We primarily use durable and versatile PLA filament. Other filament types are available upon request, but may incur additional charges.

How The Process Works

1. Submit Request

Fill out our form with all the necessary details, including your contact information, shipping address, the file you want printed or a description of the object you want us to make.

2. Confirmation and Proposal

Once we receive your request, we will reach out to you to confirm the details of your file and order. We will then provide a price and send it to you as a proposal.

3. Approval and Payment

If you accept the proposal, we will proceed with collecting the payment. We use our custom client management software to send the proposal and accept payments. Payments are processed via Stripe.

4. Printing Begins

After payment is received, we will start printing your custom item immediately. You'll get a notification once printing begins, and you'll be updated if any issues occur with your order.

5. Shipping

Once your item is printed, we'll carefully package it and ship it to your provided address. We will send you one final email with tracking details once shipped.

The Equipment

We use the Bambu Lab X1-Carbon 3D Printer, it is a cutting-edge machine designed for precision and versatility. With a high-temperature nozzle, it can handle a wide range of materials, including carbon fiber-infused filaments, making it ideal for both functional prototypes and high-strength parts. It's advanced multi-material system allows for seamless printing with up to four different materials in a single job, perfect for complex, multi-color, or multi-material parts.
